Front Office Receptionist


Southeastern Equipment and Supply, Inc, is looking for a Receptionist for Immediate Hire to Join our Company.

DUTIES:
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate's voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
Greets and directs visitors to the company.
Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
Assist shipping department with shipping out packages and receiving
Will provide General Office support and Assist with Data Entry

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Demonstrates good organizational skills and attention to details
Knowledgeable of general office manners, routines and procedures

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
