Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of installers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects - Coordinate with project managers to determine installation requirements and timelines - Oversee the installation of various systems, equipment, or components according to specifications - Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations - Train new installers on proper installation techniques and procedures - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the installation process - Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and hours worked Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and project managers - Must be able to communicate well both orally and written.
- Knowledge of installation techniques and procedures for various systems or equipment - Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues during installations - Attention to detail to ensure accurate and precise installations - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Note:
