Support product support sales operations through collecting, analyzing, and interpreting equipment data.
Data sources include but are not limited to:
Product Link / Vision Link; SOS Fluids Analysis, TA inspections from Cat Inspect App; OLGA / PTOS; Component Rebuild Tool; DBS; Sales Link.
Using dealer and OLGA (Opportunity Lead Generation Analyzer) data, identify prospects, qualify customer needs, and collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to secure business opportunities for profitable growth in our market share.
Gain understanding of business needs for each region and provide necessary analysis to increase Product Support revenues.
Create value-based proposals to increase parts and service revenue and market share for our retail and small core customers.
Identify opportunities, plan processes, and executive growth strategies through Prioritize Service Events.
Generate sales leads for managed and target accounts as requested.
Develop and execute a qualification process of accounts via multiple channels of communication.
Accountable for CRM (customer relationship management) review, maintenance, and communication of customer machine population changes.
Continuously educate internal customers in the benefits of clean, detailed data to continue to deliver the best talent, products, and solutions to our partners.
Collaborate with subject matter experts on forecasting service internals for managed accounts.
Clearly communicate near-future sales opportunities across cross-functional teams.
Work closely with field and customer support leadership to drive forecasted sales thresholds and address shortfalls as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Communications, or Related business with two years of relevant marketing or lead generation experience preferred or a two-year degree in marketing, communications, or related business with three years of relevant industry experience and demonstrated understanding of sales and marketing functions required.
Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as a familiarity with DBS.
Familiarization with data analytics software is beneficial.
